I have some news for you all concerning Balenciaga... For the first time Balenciaga will be offering a Holiday pack that will be arriving for the 4th quarter that will consist of two styles. One will be a black pleated hightop and the other will be the ever popular red pleated hightop. They will be offered in sizes up to 15 now, which is great for all of you with bigger feet. At the moment I do not have any pictures to see if the pleating will be done differently and I do not have a date when they will be released yet, the only info I know is in the 4th quarter or the end of the year. I will keep you posted as I receive new info.

I wonder if this is like a grand finale for the Pleated? While, I do have both already we'll see if they will switch up the Pleated style. Is this for all high end Balenciaga retailers? I guess with all the demand they were getting for the Red they couldn't help themselves. LOL I ain't mad could use another pair.

As far as I know they will be sold separate in the two different variations. Based off the email I received today it doesn't specify if it's all retailers or not, however I would assume so.

nah, the 44 is more likely a return. they've stocked these a couple times already, with the most recent one coming last week with a near full size run (when i first saw it, so it couldve very well have been a fsr). the one last week also came with a price hike. iirc previous retail was $1095. when they restocked last week it had that new $1175 price tag.
additionally, and strangely, when the denims first dropped for preorders through CL and at shops like barneys (thanks again nicholas!), it still had the $1095 msrp. when they finally debuted on the webstore a week later, however, it had the $1175 price.

I love them to death but I just can't see myself wearing them on a consistent enough basis to really enjoy them.. My homeboy thinks I crazy for wanting to get rid of them.. Lol

how are you guys lacing your balenciaga pleateds? I was thinking just standard like this, but not sure if I should use the lace loop on the side of the shoe.

I heard back from the buyers and despite the fact that it is a "Holiday Pack" the shoes will not be sold together and will have separate arrivals.

I have bunch of pairs and I dont wear mine that often. You can put them in and out of rotation.

Well you have at least 6-7 months to enjoy the Pavot, so rock them out and add the pleated to your collection when they come out.

Emailed them this morning expressing my interest and that we have a missed opportunity by not offering 39 in Balenciaga company wide as they run a size large. I have a running list of inquiries for 39 and you were on it. I will keep you all posted on that front.
