Those arenas are atrocious. Arenas already a funky shape, no need to add inneva-ish to it. I guarantee thats what Lebron was going for. When you say custom, was this a Balenciaga custom or a 3rd party custom.

Either they still look like butt, imo.

3rd party custom from PMK Customs, the same people that did those Brooklyn Zoo Jordan 1s with the multiple animal skins. I think the shoe is dope minus the patent leather. Although, I feel the woven leather is too reminiscent of Bottega Venetta and really takes away from it being a custom Balenciaga. Just looks like BV too me now.

^^^^ Make it stop! :smh: I'm not saying they are UGLY but this Galaxy print has gone overboard. Bad enough I see chicks with those $5 leggings parading places.
 
It is not real snake skin. It is either an embossed leather or laser engraved like the GZ's were.

It is python effect/texture, not real snake skin. It'll likely cost $1,500-$2,000 if they use real snake skin.
 
The last snakeskin mmm was just a print on a canvas shoe, not even leather. A good rule of thumb is if it's under a grand, it's not snakeskin.
 
I didn't know the price. That's a disappointment, real snakeskin would have been nice

Buy only from sellers who have been on eBay for years, have overall awesome feedback. Check the feedback to see if they sell items like this regularly or they have in the past. Check the auction details, avoid "what you see is what you get" as most of those are selling damaged or fake items. Ask the seller if they are authentic. If they avoid answering, or they are unsure, don't buy.

I don't know if they created a new version of the fake Balenciaga Arenas, but the old ones were pretty bad.  Wrong outsole pattern, metal lace clip didn't have any of the detailing on it, box tag was completely off, etc.  I would try finding videos on youtube of people reviewing the "replicas" to give you an idea of what to look for.
 
Arenas already have an funky design. I would say very hard to replicate, king of like the fake foams. There are glaring differences between the real ones and the fake ones.
