Got my arena lows in the mail and I had to send them back because I didn't like the way they fit. My pleated's in sz 44 fit my foot perfectly, but these were a little different. The left shoe felt ok, but the right one was too small like it needed to be a half size bigger. I double checked both shoes forthe size to make sure and they were the same.

Is it Just me or do you guys find it stupid that balenciaga has the nerves to call those EMBOSSED leather sneakers Stingray, they should have used real Shagreen.

Doesn't really bother me since Raf & Margiela does the same thing with the croc/snakeskin. Lanvin does it at times too but they have used the real ones too though the price can get up there. That is probably why Balenciaga didn't use the real leather, price would probably hit $1k+ easy.

Yea they're nice. Some ppl in this thread don't like the monograms, hence balenciaga

ok so did the rouge braise arena ever actually hit the balenciaga online store or barneys or anything , or did these just sell out from people buying them through SA's?

They where on Balenciagas website on a Friday in a full size run for two days, then a full sell out by Tuesday. The lasted briefly on Barney's website.

ah ok thanks . man that went and came a whole lot quicker than expected . time to move on to a pair of saint laurents . . .

Balenciaga also restocked it on the store website the wednesday, that just passed, in the morning. You have to check the site religiously as they have unexpected restocks.

I had a black scuff on my pavot arenas so I grabbed a clean t and warm water and tried to wipe it off and it removed the dye and the scuff is still there. I'm pissed this has never happened with Noir arenas. Anything I can do? How do you guys usually clean your arenas?

Scuff's happen to every shoes, Balenciaga, Nike or John Lobb. sometimes there's nothing you can do. Many of mine have scuffs but it's not normally noticeable from the person looking down on them, just disregard it, thats my mentality at least.

Yeah, seriously, they're sneakers. They are going get scuffs, scratches, etc. If you can't deal then don't buy 600 dollar sneakers. lol

Not sure when they first came out but they've been released a few times. They are coming out again this fall/winter supposedly (black, red, and violet). If you haven't filled out a CC authorization form for the pairs you want and aren't on a wait list with a Balenciaga SA already it's going to be very tough to get them (the pleateds rarely hit balenciaga.com). I called last week to check the status and they said they now have an additional wait list for 2014

Yeah I can deal with scuffs lol but I didn't expect when I touch them with water and a rag the dye would come off. You're not looking at a scuff , your looking at alot of the actual dye has came off. That doesn't even happen with my Jordan's lol but thanks for the advice anyway
