Neon send me a message I'll hook you up. They only have a size 9 and 10 left on the black and whites I believe they have grey and, taupe in other sizes.

You probably just got an ******* representative on the phone. I'm sure some PayPal employees would've done something. But back to the shoes. In the future for arenas check this thread, it'll provide u with opportunities to buy the red ones and other CWs

True, I did too at first but he called me to speak over the phone and his paypal information was all verified.  I didn't think anything was fishy after that.

I'm on the phone with another supervisor and she agrees there is legit proof that it wasn't a service but rather goods. I'm hoping they can fix it so I dont have to go through and file the claim with chase.

Will do, I'm not buying anything from non legit sources again. This was the first time, only because nothing was out there.  

Anyone else want to chime in as far as them being authentic? The smell of them is so bad that if you touch them, your hands start to smell like them.  They have that strong cheap leather chemical leather smell. 
 
Balenciagas don't smell like cheap leather lol. Good thing u spoke to a supervisor so you can get this situation addressed. Hate scammers
 
Man..  That sucks..  I can look at those shoes from the picture and tell that they aren't legit...  I can't deal with resellers..  If I can't get it from the store..  I don't want them..
 
Alp I am looking for balenciagas either arena or pleateds sz 41. Can you hook a brother up?
 
Unless you have beef those Russell Simons or Kim kardashian credit cards I'd take those shoes to the post office and send them back with tracking and signature confirmation. File a complaint with your credit card company and let them know you sent them back. Even if they were real, getting a pair of $600 shoes without a dang insole is not acceptable.

Chase has already credited me the $600 and will do a charge back on paypal.  

Spoke to another paypal supervisor and she was kind enough to review everything I had uploaded and read the description (I made sure he added that before I paid for it, thank god i did this) of the invoice and agreed the sale was for goods not a service.  They are going to get the address from the seller and I just have to send them back.  I'll lose the ship back cost, but I'm not going to complain too much. Once i get the money back in my account, I'll let it sit and they can take it back once Chase hits them with the chargeback. 
 
That should be also a strike on his PayPal. I guess he has two more unless he has done this before. What I don't get with PayPal if they know the goods are fake why keep them on a account. they should just close accounts that belong to fake, dishonest sellers. Anyways do your research before buying any good online next time and purchase your items either in stores, reputable online stores, or a reputable seller online with stellar feed back never send your money through PayPal as family and friends this should keep you protected.

I totally agree.  I dont get why paypal won't  just shut his account down.  They are leading more people towards his fake products.  He is still selling them on instagram. 

Normally I'm good with buying legit items and making sure I'm protected.  I got fooled this time as he got me with the service loophole.  Glad its all taken care of and I'm not buying anymore through instagram or ebay.  If I can't find any from a normal retailer, I'm going to pass.  

Anyway I'm looking for these still in either a red or black in a size 42.  if someone sees them let me know.  Also does anyone have the stingray grey? Kind of curious about those too but not sure if I will really like them. 
 
Rule #1 of online shopping - ALWAYS pay with your credit card (even if it's through Paypal). Your credit card company has 0 tolerance for fraud and they will go to bat for you.
 
Yeah those shoes are fugazzi. Balenciagas always smell like premium new car leather. Shoot, even the pair I have worn all over the world still smell buttery sweet.

No one is a licensed wholesale buyer either, they are very selective on who they give accounts to and it's not people selling on Instagram.

Those Arena's are fake. The box was a dead giveaway, good call Spoonie.

Also, if you don't resolve any sort of negative balance on paypal, doesn't it hurt your credit? Don't they turn over the payment to collections? Anyone know?

So closing your paypal might not be a good option. I'd rather lose $600 then have my credit score losing 10-20 points.

I have a account with a negative balance for over 7 years with PayPal. It does not go on your credit.

They don't have my SS# so they cant report anything.
