For the guy that received the messed up Balenciagas--I feel like ALL of the new seasons Balenciagas are creased/wrinkled in a weird manner--they definitely sent you 2 different pairs.  How messed up >.< definitely get them to either give you a full refund or send you a completely brand new pair.

My new arenas that I got in the maroon/burgundy color are creased like your crazy wrinkled toe box...I hate it.it looks whack.

:x That's extra disrespectful then they have the nerve to raise the price. The pair on the left looks diseased. Not to mention it looks like the toe box is shorter as well. I'd return them ASAP so much so go to the store and complain showing them the shoes because that's completely unacceptable. Me personally, I like the Arenas from the seasons back this creasing is OD it seems. :smh:

In order to show you how much we are concerned we offer you two choices : We could proceed to the refund after receiving your bank account details OR we could exchange with our speciale Premiere collection we received in black with beige sole which are a limited Edition in BALENCIAGA store only.

Anyone have pics of the shoes they are talking about?

I believe thats the black with the gum sole.
 
Those black with gum sole could easily be really nice. I feel balenciaga has been pushing out colors without full potential. All the soles these past two seasons have had this shiny / waxy coating them makes them look "cheap". Many seasons ago (before the craziness) the soles were real natural and matte really making them look high end. Hopefully some of you know and agree with what I'm saying.
 
Blk + gum is the best Arena in years...trust me. Here's an actual pic instead of that stock pic

I agree with it being an awesome color way, I'm a sucker for black with a gum sole. The sole on those still has that coating giving them a plastic look. No hate, love that shoe it's next on my list. Just saying it can be better.
 
^^^^ Me and my friend were talking about the sole needing to be translucent to take these to another level so I agree, but even with the coating these are still insane in person.
 
Hey Guys! I'm new here and I wanted to purchase some Balenciaga pleated high-tops. I am a size 42 with my Arenas; do the pleats fit the same? I'm usually a 43 for regular shoes
