Just got my order in from Ssense on the SLP's. I've never been a fan of the european lacing, and these are the toughest yet lol.

Not for the last two years at least. The Balenciaga stores hardly get the low Arenas. They mail me promo pics all the time of upcoming colorways in lows and then put *available in high top only.

100% agree. I personally like the original jordan 1 design more. The SLP have better construction and quality. the banned one are known for quality leather, but when I compare them side by side, the SLP leather are just on a different (higher) level.
look, design and shape, Jordan 1 banned for me
quality and construction, SLP for sure.

This…Also its way to hyped and is possibly most people's first pair of SLP too. Honestly I prefer the black/red from the old style instead. More clean and subtle.

When you own both you will understand. Jordan 1 looks inferior next to the slp. Also it depends on your style. If you have a more tailored approach to fashion I think the slp's are a no brainer.

I did not say one had more hype than the other. Thats your assumption. High End sneakers are a niche that is not openly available and accessible to everyone as opposed to Jordans. So to see the SLP's have crazy demand and a huge wait list for only that color way and style is straight hype. I'm sure there are people that genuinely like them too. But you can't deny the fact this is the most coverage their sneakers got because of the style looking similar to Bred 1s. I'm more of a fan of the muted looks they do.

The jeans don't look like anything special guys I don't know why you are all drooling over them. Just because someone has on SLP shoes doesn't make there jeans SLP or Balmains. They look like they are some home made Levi ripped jeans or some N&F.

Well for me, I've been looking for some destroyers in a very light blue color and I've gotten nowhere. I tried on the Diesel destroyers and they looked great but fitted horrible on me. I tried the D&G version yesterday, and it just didn't look good.
Any suggestions?

No one has a coupon code for Luisaviaroma. They very rarely give out one-time use coupon codes to customers to make up for mistakes like overselling. Or widespread, normally advertised, part of a sale a closeout for previous season sale items. It's extremely rare that it happens and most people are going to use it to save money themselves. Doesn't hurt anything to ask though.
