Jw why? Look like high quality leather. What makes that brand worth Any less than a similar brand in that price point?

Just the nature of high fashion. If you don't have the name to back up a product, doesn't really matter how well designed or how expensive it was to produce. RF only has streetwear background and Buscemi was creative direc at Gourmet, far from thousand dollar sneaker credentials. It would be more realistic for them to charge 500 or so, but 800+ is pretty ridiculous. I've had a few of them, and quality-wise they're on par with Balenciagas, and yet exponentially more expensive. Plus the design is derivative of a handbag, seems to be a turnoff for a lot of people.

I love the Buscemi 100mm but it to be quite honest while the quality is really nice, the price is a bit RIDICULOUS! Not to mention, oddly enough there's a lot of hype but I don't think it should be that warranted. The whole entire En Noir x Buscemi 125mm Barney's NY exclusive crap was a bunch a BS and it's starting to show that with them being everywhere and most sizes are available. Again, I love the shoe but I feel the price is a bit steep. The Tan RF ones are really nice though. If you have the money like that I say get them.

well, I'm confident in my taste. forget all that "high fashion background" bs. I know when a shoe is wack and when it isn't and that shoe is wack. if you like it cuz you think the leather is good then you buy it and rub the leather all over your face, but I could grab a balenciaga arena or pleated for less, which look better, or a pair of margielas for around the same price which look way better.
the joints look like a pair of common projects with half a LV purse handle attached to the back. a weak shoe with nice material doesn't make it any better

I agree that the price on those Buscemi is ridiculous but I think it's pretty funny to call them ugly and then post these joints. I like the arenas slp high tops and classic looking joints.

IMO, the Medusa head ruins the whole shoe.. Other than that, the shoe is designed nicely.to these Versace are
