A guy was in the store asking about their return policy, because he wanted to purchase a pair of arenas to resell. What a shame.

SMH @ Resellers man.. So corny..  After paypal and ebay fees etc.  What are you gonna make $50-$100?..  smh..  Get a job b..

From what I understand it's 30$ shipping, so like 810+30+the inevitable ~15% or so import duties ends up being about 966. Could be wrong ofc, but still. At the end of the day it's not worth it for Americans to order from SB unless they start marking down their packages.

I wasn't charged anything for shipping. Hopefully they don't add it later, not sure how they could though since I only authorized the 805.

somebody said they got charged on delivery. there's so many conflicting stories on sneakerboy, free shipping no free shipping, customs charges no customs charges, seems like 2 difference websites
 
I didn't get hit with anything, and given how long it's been even if they try and invoice me it's going straight in the trash.

Their terms state you pay what the invoice says. They can cancel my order (according to terms) but can't charge shipping after the order is placed. If they try that I'll contact my CC and show them their terms and my Invoice. I wouldn't have ordered if they charged shipping, too much.

Me neither my order was like 330$ and it's been about a month...I think if you can get something on a good sale there like the 50% off I got it's definitely worth it. I just think its weird that everyone in here pays 500$+ for sneakers but gets all butt hurt about a 50$ fee...I mean if u can find it somewhere else for cheaper then yea do it, but if they're on sale or they're the only place that has a particular shoe u really want then 10-15% isn't gonna kill u.

I don't think they are. The initial shipment was about 60 pairs and sold out and the second shipment came and went this past week but they only had like 10-15 pairs. Might be one last one in a month or so. Best bet is to get them from Europe but the prices after conversion and shipping are pretty high.

Here are my thoughts: My true size is US 8.5, i wear an 8 in Jordans. My Arenas are a 39 (US 6) and fit me perfect. Cotes can be a little tricky in a sense that most people say that you should size up 1 from what you wear in the Arenas. In my case, that would mean that i would get a size 40 in the cotes however upon trying on a pair (of cotes) at the Balenciaga Store, i fit a 39 but it should be noted that my foot is pretty narrow. With that said, depending on your foot width, you either size up 1 from the Arena or pick up the same size.

Also, like all of the helpful members on this thread have mentioned, just be patient and keep your eyes peeled on eBay. You'll eventually find your pair; unlike Jordans and Nike, you don't typically see 100% markups on Balenciagas.

Completely forgot to post this, a little pickup for myself in celebration of Chinese/Tet/Lunar New Year a couple weeks back.
 
How the hell did that design get approved? And better yet, are those supposed to be the shoes dudes were saying JB made that look like Balenciagas? :lol:

Got them yesterday and I love the gum soles. The size 44 is a little big, but these are actually shorter length-wise and narrower than my J's and LeBrons; so I'll keep them.
