Got my Balenciaga Arenas in today. Great quality and craftsmanship. Very pleased with my purchase. If anyone is having size issues, i wear a 10.5 in Jordans/Air Max and i got a 42. The 42 is a snug fit and a 42.5 would've been perfect if it were available. Hope this helps anyone that had questions about fit.
 
My all time favorite might be Lanvin if they would only release the older high-tops. Their current line-ups a bit disappointing but the lowtops patent toes are still as classic as it gets.

I was browsing thru Barneys New York website on 02-14-14 and saw they restocked with one last pair of EU 39 black Balenciaga Pleated's. I instantly added them to my shopping bag. They called me on Sunday afternoon letting me know they're shipping my order on Monday. Tuesday afternoon they got here. I was surprised because they told me it was going take 3-6 business days and it was only 2 days. As soon as I opened the box, I knew there was something wrong. The box was too big for a size EU 39. I opened the original box and they sent me a size 43. I returned them. Still waiting for my refund. First and last time I'll be dealing with Barneys New York.

Does anyone have any tips / advice for care of matte black leather? How to care for it/ prevent shine spots? I'm going to keep my pair (Velcro MMMs) out of the elastic slip cover. The elastic rubbing over the leather can't be good for the matte surface.

isn't all black leather matte black unless it's patent leather? im confuse

as far as the leather on that shoe, everything I tried to clean mine with messed up the finish of the leather so whatever you try do it on a less conspicuous area. maybe these guys know of something fancy to use but they were a b**** to try and clean

The leather seems more delicate on these. They already got some minor spots that look shiny. Kind of like if you iron black pants and sometimes the pockets leave those marks. Not that severe but you get the idea.

flyknitjb flyknitjb I know what u mean, I edited my post. the leathers supposed to have a distressed look anyway so you may just have to rock with it. otherwise you might end up making it worse trying to clean it

Not my picture. But I just called balenciaga, I guess the SS14 whites are the extra white. I love the blanc Clair, hopefully next season they pull through with those.
