Hey guys, I'm looking for red arenas in size 40 everywhere.. I just can't find them for less than 700€, which is too much. I see u talking about a restock at the balenciaga store but i don't see any reds. Not in the us store, german, french, UK..
I'm so desperately looking for them I even tried to find sellers on IG and I found somebody who offered me (used but in good condition) pavot red ones for 400€, which sounds fair! He sent me pics and I don't know what to make of it. Could u please help and tell me whether they are legit or not? I haven't had any arenas before so I don't really know, but isn't the sole supposed to be shiny? Furthermore, 40 should be right when I wear 42 in every other shoe I have, right? Thank u very much in advance...

just call your local balenciaga boutique and preorder the new red ones releasing at the end of the month.
 
There is no Balenciaga boutique in Germany.. =( Wrote an Email to the online store though. Thanks!

Yes, LJ asked me to compare the original batch (Blk/Red Slp) with the recent batch of SLP's and noticed the tongues are padded and the leather quality is much better. However, on the new ones, they have a "stiffer" feel and are not as padded. Crazy stuff.
 
Yes I thought maybe I just got a bad restock pair but I have the original and restock personally to compare and honestly the leather and construction is just not the same.

Also asked a few NTers as well to confirm.
 
LOL at assumptions of cutting corners and reducing quality when you've yet to see a restocked pair. Jordan Brand got people paranoid over everything these days.

Reading comprehension fail? Two people just said that they've personally compared an original pair and a pair from the restock...
 
Got these from ssense. Would say they're hard to get into... Without really loosening the laces all the way down .. Would not size down at all

Barney's has black Arenas up in case anyone wants to cop from there (saved me about $50 between ebates and Barney's not charging tax in my state).
 
Tres Bien, Union LA, Carson St Clothiers just off the top of my head. There's also a store in portland too i think. Or you can get a proxy
