that's *ucking unacceptable for a thousand dollar shoe bruh, it would be unacceptable for a 300$ shoe. It seems like a really bad idea to be buying CL at this point, the spiked ones anyway

Tell me about it (actually 1350 with tax). Instead of us feeling good about it now my mom and I feel bad about it :smh:
I'll go to cl Madison tomorrow and see what I can do(receipt says no refunds, exchanges only, but I'll see what's up tomorrow, if I don't see something I like equally without this issue you best believe there's going to be a problem :lol:)

I agree, for the type of money they asking the spikes should be hand sewn onto the sneaker to ensure they don't fall off. Did this problem occur when pairs were made in Italy or is it a newfound issue?
Also I don't want to exchange them for some other crap just to do so. Outside of the stupid spikes falling the black on black loubi's are :smokin
 
These issues started popping up the last year and some change and also after with the price increase ironically. They're not made as well anymore. :smh:
I have the very first run black leather flat spikes and they thankfully hold up very well. Try to get the CL Boutique to give you multiple replacement spikes and screw them in when necessary.
 
My girl has the plaid colorway of the Celine Love Life sneakers. Gonna try to get her on the natural leather AF1's, those are sick regardless of the obvious inspiration.

I still have the spike. When I put it in it still practically falls off. For the price that they are it shouldnt be an art project on my end, especially since I was just trying it on :smh:

I also heard on here that guiseppes are bad quality. What's the situation on those? After this I gotta know everything. I don't wanna touch a Giuseppe and haveit fall apart

For that price the spikes should be bulletproof. That's disgusting on Louboutin's part and I certainly won't be buying a pair until I see that issues been fixed.

definitely, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth after getting excited seeing em and then having it fall apart before you even take your first steps :lol:
I learned my lesson though. I heard about it being an issue, just didn't know it was this prevalent. I might even have a defective pair. I was wondering why most department stores didn't carry em, I'm guessing part of the reason is this. There would be a lot of complaints, and deservedly so
 
anybody have any info on those celine love life slip ons? would like to get them as a gift...
