The shoes seem legit but the insole without the stamp is really bothering me to the point where I think I got super fakes.

you actually have the shoe so you should know if it's fake or not. a fake shoe would have subpar quality
the pics you posted are legit, probably just a quality control issue and the insole somehow didn't get stamped. plus there aren't any super fakes of that shoe I don't think, the fakes are very easy to spot

With the lighting and possible filter it's damn near impossible to know exactly what those will look like in person. Balenciaga has made Arenas in some nice shades of blue thus far.

I dont think I wouldve been able to size down comfortably, just not enough room in the toebox as it is with my true size.
