I knew this red shoe looked familiar...i literally just saw it via chrissmokes ig, then i came here minutes later and saw this post. chris brown has em on foot in the background lol.

Hey has anyone with loubs had a spike fall off and get it replaced? I'm thinking about copping another pair on the bay but dude says it's missing one spike and I'm wondering if that's something I could get like mailed to me from a loub boutique.
 
Loubs do not do it, when you buy from them you sign a waiver that says if anything happens to the shoe then you are sh*t out of luck!

I got spikes replaced at the Loub store about four times now.. Even pairs that weren't mine but for my friends. They always treat me good.
 
That's what @alp have been saying, that they wouldn't fix his spiked CLs and that they made him sign that something stating there was no warranty on the shoe.

I haven't had any problem with my Rollerboys so I don't know, plus I bought mine from Barneys so I have no post-purchase experience from CL.

in fact the Gucci ones are probably better quality than CL, I doubt Gucci would let something like a spike falling off their shoes slide. they would probably be quick to send you a new pair on the house or provide some ample replacement. CL on the other hand doesn't care at all.

yeah they make you sign a paper that says no refund and only exchange within 7 days. They give you a few replacement spikes and some CL boutiques even charge you for them :smh:. I'd be very weary buying spiked louboutins if I were you. If you want to look at a more detailed level of the problem look back in this thread around may 13, which is when I got them.
