That's not the point though because you may not know which pair came out with the bigger lid others do like myself which for someone who is not so knowledgeable can have signs to tell if a shoe is fake. The older pairs like the Pavot for instance has the shorter side lid cover. The Pavot colorway is an extremely good example because unlike the Blanco or Noir colorway which is constantly released the Pavot didn't come out again after the box change.

Also @kevinnxu what is NBDSG?

the balenciaga logo on the bottom was different when the pavot came out, they did not start using this new logo until some time after Alexander Wang was named the creative director of Balenciaga, and that was after the pavot.

what you see is the new branding that they have been using since some time in 2013, the pavots came out before that and they haven't re-issued the pavots yet.

my guess is that the replica people haven't started making fakes until lately and they couldn't get their hands on the older pairs that had different branding.

Nah 50% fake 50% real. The midsole is real but the rest of the shoe is fake
 
Lol I was jk. If guys in here are saying it's fake it most likely is.

the branding on the bottom should have looked like this for older colors that did not get re-issued recently (pics from MrPorter)

Damn...the one time I ignore updates from MrP I miss my size in Visvims. Hope this means other retailers get some in the next few weeks.

Like someone stated, one of my clients is related to the owner of Kering, she gets 50% off anything that Kering owns. The sl01 studded went on sale for 50% off, and her discount got her an additional 50 off so I got them for 150, she also got me some black lows but I haven't grabbed them from her.

Much appreciated really need these and looks like I am out of luck for Spring 2015 at least as far Grey ones are concerned. 
 
I remember when the pavot came out at Mr Porter, they were listed at $500 and I insta bought them.  Still a favorite of mine till this day! I wonder why they sold them below retail.
