Some here like Valentino runners so just a heads up, they'll have some on MyHabit in about 30 minutes. You can access them now if you have Amazon Prime.

Also, CL pre-order on these are up: http://us.christianlouboutin.com/us_en/shop-online-3/spring-summer-preview.html

Not sure if that's just went up or what?

I was just going to tell everyone the Gold and Black Sl10h's are finally coming out. If anyone wants to order these hit up Ryan at SLP Chicago and he can hook you up. He is expecting delivery in the next week, a lot faster then the 4/28/15 on the webstore.

So NT fam, settle a score for me. Ol' boy is trying to tell me these are legit, in fact he named his Insta after the brand.

UNFORTUNATELY, he blocked me, so I actually wouldn't be able to settle the score. But hey, if y'all wanna go call him out on his fake Yeezy's, Margielas, Visvim's, etc. Go for it.
LOL! Steal Toe Margielas...

i'm curious to why companies don't list shoes they released onto their site. Why make customers go through the trouble finding other online boutiques to cop their newly released products?

Because companies has to establish relationships with other stores since most of their business comes from them. Not only does it give them a bigger market but it also acts as advertisement for them. it is actually mutual, the brand gets expanded market exposure while stores get more foot traffic from customers who wants to check out the brand.

You also want those brands to take the items that aren't fast sellers, it comes along with those items that flies off the shelves.

Most companies also aren't equipped or have/want to spend resources to create their own e-stores, you'll notice that the Margiela and SLP webstores are ran by Yoox, it isn't exactly ran by the brand themselves.

There is also that exclusivity factor. Just look at Nike/Jordans and how they operate. You think Nike would survive if they simply carried all their shoes in their store and not distribute them to other stores? Retroes might sell out quick but what about those that make it to 50% off discounts?

It isn't bad marketing at all. Without those store relationships most of these brands wouldn't exist.

Online ordering >>> buying in store.  at least you have time to think about it/try it on in the peace of your own home, and have returning it as an option.  I can never concentrate at these high end boutiques, they stand over you like a hawk and ask you how it fits before half your foot is even in the shoe..

I just figured it was the "exclusive" factor personally

It is also selling other items that isn't going to sell out like the Arenas.

I will go back Nike again, to get their account you cannot just pick and choose what you get to sell, they will send you the crappy shoes too along with the retroes and limited quickstrikes.

Without those stores to sell those items then they'd be sitting in Nikes warehouses and it'll flood the outlets and they'll lose money on it.

Supply and demand, to move product, your product should be in the hands of multiple capable retailers. It has to be out there, to sell.
