You're pretty much SOL if you purchase a pair, and then receive them with a noticeable scuff mark.
 
Yea and they not picky like us sneakerheads so a scuff for them could mean heel drag and scratches all over the shoes. Seen a pair of GZ at a Saks sale with noticeable heel drag and signs of wear. They removed them for sale once I showed them the shoes :lol:

EDIT: Copped from ANROSA. They shipped fedex but I haven't gotten hit with customs, yet. I remember receiving a customs fee after ordering from Meermin about 2 weeks after delivery.
