MMM's tend to have a period of breaking in I've found. Once, they're not as stiff, they're one of my favorites
Only speaking for the few GATs and a pair of mids I have. Cant speak on futures.

Un*******believable. I called yesterday to put the shoes at Saks for the Y-3 on hold to pick up this morning based on the UPC number. I get there and this fool tells me that the UPC number were for the lows. Even after I called customer care and they assured me that this store had 2 in stock yesterday.

The guy said they didn't have the highs. I said cool go online and order them. They have my size and I checked this morning. He looked and the size was sold out. I am pissed about this. My SA at Saks quit so I relied on someone that's not resourceful . I was relying on these for my travel tomorrow since they're so comfortable and I'm walking around a lot this weekend.

*update* I called customer service and spoke with the manager about this bs. Come to find out, the item numbers are different and no stores carried the highs. All saks stores had only the lows. Only their warehouse/online had the highs.

They don't know if they will have restocks. You guys who ordered online will have the shoes in the picture. Yall good. Word on the manager.

I picked up these two to go together, I really like both, they compliment each other perfectly :pimp: I love the Gat's silhouette/suede and sole.

I actually sized down 1 whole size, I usually wear a US8 in converse lows and wear a size 40 in these.
(I could be the minority here, I have small feet, that are not particularly wide either)

If they post it back online again with the $400 price tag then that means we're good.

drkingschultz drkingschultz I stayed TTS, hoping it works out.

Didn't know there was such a big contrast of color between the suede and leather. I was under the impression that the suede was going to be a bit lighter than the black leather, but that looks wolf grey.

If I don't like it, I just may end up dying the suede to match or come very close to the leather.

Sneaker P Sneaker P I'm sure you will be fine, I like my lows to fit really snug. The contrast is nice, you will like them, if not, maybe treat the suede with a waterproof spray, that should achieve a slightly darker shade. Killing two birds with one stone. rep-returned.

I picked up the Balenciaga perforated highs in red today, them along with a parking ticket :lol:
To who ever asked about the colour, they are definitely red, similar shade to the Red Octobers although my iPhone pictures have failed to capture this, the latter being slightly brighter (pinkish tint) I must say the Balenciaga quality is :pimp:

DrKingSchultz Those look great! Very nice pick up. I haven't seen any of the perforated balenciaga's in store around me. How do they run?

Also, anyone looking for SL10h red/black in a 44.5, I have an extra DS pair.

I sized down 1 whole size to a 40 US7 and to be honest, there is more room to them than the MMM Gat's but they are not bad at all. Just a little extra length room for the toes and I don't mind that in a high, So I hope that helps you, funny thing is I just put the Balenciagas sole to sole with the RO and they are the exact same size, RO is a US8.

Indeed I agree, Pleated's were really nice, especially the lows, I hope one day Balenciaga choose to go against policy and retro them, unfortunately I never managed to obtain any pairs, so I thought it was best to grab these before I found myself regretting passing and not purchasing then not being able to find them again in the future.

I'll definitely look into tracking down a pair.

And of course the actual pleateds are better but it doesn't look like we'll see those again. IMO, these perforated pairs are the next nicest of that model.
