I'd say it's either Arenas or Pleateds. I think I've seen more Arenas once the SL10s stopped selling out in seconds and actually become more readily available in stores. Price increase probably doesn't help. Arenas were big before SL10s, slowed down for a bit but are somewhat back and still talked about plenty.

Pleateds seems to be still a grail to many here. Balenciaga will make a killing once they release again.
 
Yeah, I'd have to go Arenas in terms of what members seem to buy the most and Pleateds in terms of what members seem to hold in the highest esteem.

Arenas will be the new Prada cups... They're a great design, but the fact that they're readily available locally at a comfortable price point is going to play into this. I also think the fact like Prada cups you don't have to be particularly stylish to wear them vs a Margiela, Lanvin, or Raf Simons. I really want a pair of white Arenas again, but sometimes it's hard to spend that money when something loses it's initial aura. #Random
 
I think the only thing saving the Arenas from America's Cups is the fact that they don't hit sale. Those Pradas would often get significantly discounted on bluefly and other sites.

Very glad I sold my red arenas when I did. Especially when the new stock drops this year, I will not get what I got for them a few weeks back.

As for arenas falling off, I still love my white pair to death and consider them my favorite pair of sneakers I own (and possibly ever, for me at least). That being said, with those gradient ish's and what not popping up, they'll eventually fall off. Just stick to basic joints and you'll be straight.
 
I knew Arenas were getting abit too played out but c'mon, I have trashy kids in my town saving up their 3 months paycheque to buy em... and especially with them being readily available online now. :smh::x

I only wear mine with black denim or the light washed out pair seen in my pic. No bleeding for me but I'm sure raw joints would be all over my ish :lol:
