Polyforma working on a new version of the 82 High. Italian and hand made to order. Quality is top notch on the lows and I'd expect much the same from these.

BV runs huge. I got my BV via a phone order and picked up a 43. I still have room in them. I'm a true size 11. A CP 43 is snug for me. If you have a wider foot or for a loose fit go 41, If you like your shoes snug (they'll stretch also) go with a 40.
I would say go with balenciaga arena sizing for these.

This is from a Contemporary Menswear Handmade brand based out of Paris. Not bad, N.D.G. Studio. Clothes look like all these other brands that look alike these days.
