people is broke these days, i threw it on my ppc so no biggie per say, and pics going up tomorrow or wed since fed-ex upped my delivery from wednesday to tomorrow, i'll just say this they're complete beasts
Tfsource has some real good deals. I want the MT NotComputron for $250 is a steal.

how do you feel about that 3rd party sword for Rex? is it actually worth it and is there really a huge diff besides color from the original?Got some new items.

I'm thinking just like you with getting those combiners. I really want the TW Dino combiner and the King Posiden (depending on colors used).
I think Ima cop the KO OS feral Rex once I hear reviews about it.

If you want the sword the KO sword is worth it. Quality is 99% identical to original. Very slight differences and that's only with the paint on handles of the knives.

That's not a bad idea for the CDMW sword. I have it with my CD predaking and it's great.
Unfortunately i don't have the Ordin. I think it like great tho and the reviews have been pretty decent. I do think the Ordin will go on sale sooner or later. With the recent flooding of combiners I feel like all combiners will be marked down if the OG price is over $500. the market getting flooded by 3rd is good cause it should drive the price down and gives us the buyer more options.
I just recently started collecting TF and I don't have much. Most of the stuff I want is combiner based. My next purchase is completing my fans project bruticus with the dark fisher upgrade. So that he can square up to the combiner wars Superion and Menasor.

I have the Bruticus minus the fisher upgrades that have been on preorder longer than MMC has teased Seraphicus, also got the Superion with the first upgrade parts never got around to grabbing the 2nd upgrade parts, it's crazy that dr wu and cdmw haven't released a swordfor tw dino-combiner, even weirder that TW didn't release one or a gun or something, even their car combiner (I call him Masquerade) got a combiner rifle from TW and them combining came across as a last minute why not thing where as the dinos were announced to combine day one, oh well bring on the sales hopefully ordin and saurus are on sale around tax timeThat's not a bad idea for the CDMW sword. While I know the two year wait is ridiculous for that, most MP's are about 6-8 months wait, which is not that bad considering there's a bunch of Sideshow figures that take about 12-15 months from announcement to release

3rd party is probably the worse, there are some that are announced and don't see the light of release for 2yrs, I hadn't heard about the trypticon, I heard about fort max next yr, I guess that's fair but scorpinok would be better than trypticon, oh has anybody seen Hasbro's images of cw skylinx? I hated that character as a kid (and his supposed rivalry with predaking is up there for worse with omega supreme and the constructicons) but man they did a good job engineering him, it almost looks 3rd party

Woo hoo, initial thoughts are great on everyone but Swoop, that's got to be the ugliest box with wings and a head I've ever seen, he must have been created by box trolls, he also doesn't stand well though he's got wings and should be in the air oops on me for never owning any flight stands

And combiner, so my thoughts are its almost perfect, the biggest fault lies in the combiners thighs, they way they're engineered they don't become solid, the outer thighs cover doesnt tab well with the inside thigh part so its fidly, minor gripes or changes I'd like would be a combiner weapon, swoops head to be able to face out as well as slag's head to be able to face out kinda like how predaking's arm heads face out and have him a head shorter or so, also mines fingers are lose so its hard to get him to hold anything, other than that he's a pretty solid combiner, better than most, on par with MT/FP combiners builds and leagues ahead of TFC's offerings IMHO(I only own their Herc so they may haven't gotten better but I don't like their aesthetics)
Next up Red Swoop and 4wings then UT Ordin and FP Saurus, I'll be picking the last 2 combiners up at tax time

TW Dino's look great as individuals. But
That combiner is
So much chrome and gold
I saw a few yt reviews and mentioned thigh tab issue.
Overall it looks great and stands well when posed. Every time I watch a video review I swear they are the most over critical snobs. Worse than NT snobs
