you need to start manipulating your macros or do exercises that burn more calories

depends on where the person is along the ‘how much fat to lose’ & ‘how fast they need to lose it’ spectrum, but generally the actively trying to burn calories through exercise is how folk plateau the fastests…if a person is already fairly lean it’s going to be tougher but if you got a good amount to lose & don’t need to lose it quickly, putting more muscle on is so much easier than trying to burn off fat via exercise, tho obviously we should all be doing some of that type of work
 
Dieting and restricting your calories can be really hard sometimes. We've all been there, and we've all had our moments when we wanted to say f it or temporarily failed.

I just envision what I'm gonna look like after I shed any extra weight I need to lose to stay motivated.
