Not entirely true. If done incorrectly, yes. People tend to either add too much weight too quickly, or flare their elbows causing undue stress on your shoulders, and shoulder joint.incline puts more pressure to your shoulders and less to your chest.
shoulder is a more injury prone area than the chest how is incline better than flat .....
