STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

I def had to work to change my shot because my lifting was affecting it, but I feel like the extra strength has made my shot better. Like there's less moving parts since my arms are stronger and can compensate
basically i feel like i cant extend my arm as good as i did before

Don't know you, but I'm wondering about your sexual orientation after posting that lol

Someone answer me this.I eat before bed, sleep for about six hours, then wake up starving!! BUT if I go to bed and not eat,I wake up FINE!!! What kind of Tom foolery is this!!??

Body is a (****** up) creature of habit breh, be consistent as you can with one or another and it'll be okay after a few days...

During my big cut I did IF for a year+, I couldn't imagine how that'd feel nowadays, I hardly eat on my own schedule as is  :smh:

I'm 5'9 170 naturally got a good frame, but far from brolic.
I don't neccisarily want to bulk up but I want to do hershall walker type calisthenics
I have a few dum bells, no acess to a gym really.
So what should I be eating and doing to still cut plus bulk, without weights?

You've made your digestive tract work all night and by the time you wake up it needs a meal, especially if you ate a high carb meal. You really shouldn't be eating then doing straight to bed. Give yourself time to digest, at least 2 hours. It'll cause problems in the long run if you make this a habit.

Why are you worried about it? It depends what your goals are, if you have a hard time putting on weight then eating right before bed helps. Also if you can I would try to get closer to 8 solid hours of sleep.

I need to work up some motivation to go run these 6.5 miles.
Are you just starting to run from scratch?

I used to really dislike running when I was a bigger guy. Ever since I cut the weight down, I grew absolutely love it. I find it is a great stress reliever.

I would never run more than 5 miles on a treadmill at the gym personally. It gets boring.

If you're starting from scratch, you should pace yourself. 6.5 miles is a lot from nothing. I also find great music helps tremendously. I cannot workout without music, at the gym or not.

Good luck, my man.

Nah I've been running for about a year now. I usually do 5K (timed) but today I'm doing 10K (not for time). Just feeling lazy because it's Sunday and football is on t.v. My only motivation at this point is to go now and get it over with before the better game starts.
