STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Can someone recommend me a chest work out? I've been back in the gym since November; I try to make it 5 days a week since the gym is close to my job. But with all my gym visits, I'm just not seeing any results in my chest and that's what I want the most.
 
About to hit the gym, wish me luck :lol:

BTW, I accidentally bulked and gained 11lbs in 6 weeks, :lol:

I still look like 150lbs though, they hell did it go to :smh:

YEA I COPPED THE THINSULATED JOINTS.

MAINLY CUZ IM IN NJ AND ANYTHING ELSE WOULD BE UNNNNCIVILIZED.

IF MAINLY FOR RAIN U DONT NEED TO GET THE THINSULATED VERSIONS.

you try to stay healthy when eating chipotle?  I usually go for the salad bowl with veggies, pinto, guacamole and corn salsa

Worked the arms out with today. Nothing special was in a rush today but squeezing some time in for the chest.

i get the bowl, double chicken, lettuce, black beans, cheese and brown rice. like 760 cals. 82 protein. 57 carbs. actually fills me up for a bit, eases alot of the macros for the day and is delicious. then for dinner I'm just having grilled chicken and rice. made a slice of bread. Grilled up a bunch of chicken a couple nights ago, been eating that each night and maybe a salad. Moms brought me over a big cake the other night. Don't have the heart to tell her I havent even cut into it because we off that ****.
 
Neglected the thread over the last month or so. Days are just hectic. Still training, just need to work on my resolution of sleeping more. :smh:

People who scream while lifting: why? So damn embarrassing. This random dude I was spotting yesterday was yelling his lungs out on WARM UP SETS. Had the entire gym looking at us like :rolleyes :smh:

Also, dude was too busy lifting his shirt up and looking at his 2 pack while I was doing my sets :smh: thanks for the help @#$ hole
