Yes, Drinking nights are classed as a cheat day for me, All the carbs in beer and plus the excess carbs needed to before you start drinking

Brah quit the ab days and add in squats and deadlifts. Best core/ab builder just as long as you engage your core. Plus a massive testosterone builder and calorie burner.

I don't think some people realize doing squats and DLs will help you get stronger overall thus leading to more muscle gainzz..

Always laugh when dudes say they don't work legs because they played sports growing up or ride their bike a lot lol

U need to hit ur abs directly still if u want that 8 pack.
 
You need to hit your lower abs directly in my opinion. Upper abs will be hit by focusing more on lower abs.

Also... Squats release the most growth hormone into the body if I'm not mistaken. So, you're doing yourself a disservice by not doing em.

Lol I love the way my body looks.. I don't understand why it irks people so much that I choose not to do legs for periods at a time

My workout goal is to look good as possible... legs just aren't a priority for me... but I have had good things about squatting being really good for the core so i might throw that in my routine and see.
 
 
What's a good diet if you want to start cutting/juicing
I eat tons of salmon, steak, skinless chicken, egg whites, greek yogurt, fruit, oatmeal... With tons of water

Good is subjective...

Keep in mind, if the portion sizes of these meals are too high then you can potentially gain weight.
The main thing to focus on is to be in a caloric deficit.

i used to be like that . working out my legs are hard for me cuz i got bad knees but do it now .noticed i gotten way stronger in general when i started working them out.

If your going to be doing squats primarily for your core than don't even waste your time.
 
About to invest in a Nutribullet. My Hamilton Beach single serve isn't pulverizing everything the way I'd like. Can anyone vouch for the Nutribullet?

Spinach) as a snack. I also use it for pre/post workout shakes (berries, natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt, scoop of whey,
Half banana, flaxseed) and sometimes
For a night time snack.

Those are just a few examples, but the possibilities are endless. :pimp:

But in all seriousness my legs from calf up are flamingo legs. I can tell in your pic (unless it's doctored) you have powerful legs just by the calves.
