i do about 2-3 shakes a day...need about 2 during the day in between my solid meals since at work time is precious and breaks are not...last shake is before bed

off day today...gonna do some iso work on arms, light weight, and abs

I think after 3 weeks i am going to try to squat this week. I seriously messed my back up and when i work out and it warms up it is finally starting to feel better. So i think i am going to try it on wednesday or thursday. But super light weight
 
Any tips for cutting? Discipline, motivation? I cannot stand being hungry. Already just down to two meals a day. Maybe I should eat breakfast though?

As a man who also hates being hungry, try intermittent fasting since you're already eating 2 meals a day anyway.

Also make sure you're eating a lot of protein dense **** like steak/eggs/chicken/ground beef.

I eat like a carnivore when I'm cutting and don't get super hungry much.

i need to get back on IF if i wanna be successful. it's an easy tool to use and just the first week is tough. feel like a king at meal time too.

even though i'm at my leanest in many years, my gf took a pic of me sleeping with my son and i look so damn flabby and sloppy lol.
 
I just want to know whats the easiest fast/eat ratio and the timing.

Like should i do 6/18 and do it midday or early morning
 
i do meals from 2pm-8pm. workout fasted at 9am.
it's funny because i look forward to that first meal of the day but when i start eating, i get full so quickly. after that meal, maybe eat a small snack like a protein bar or something like fruit after the first meal and then a big dinner and then a good snack like proats before bed.
 
Going for a swim tonight. Can't wait.

Tomorrow is an off day but I'll probably shadowbox while watching the UFC events then back to Boxing on Thrs!

I don't think this is a good idea.

Some of my buddies go there and i joined them a couple of days ago.

it's kinda bizarre since the only free weights are dumbells and the smith machine(which don't actually count).

So doing a strength routine is kinda unfeasible at that gym since you can't OHP, You can't bench, and you can't deadlift....
 
When you train at night and you wake up sore :lol: :x :nthat:

Chest/tris are already sore as of this morning :rofl:

Hitting back n bis tonight. :evil:

Agree with them. A lot of dudes out here bulk up on a bunch of calories then try to get cut quick on like 1800 calories a day, just asking for trouble.

Stay around the same weight and get stronger and bigger year round>>>>>>>>>>>> bulking and cutting cycles
 
Where do you guys shop for your grocery? I only buy for myself. I spend almost $100 a week at Trader Joes and the local farmers' market. This is for all meals and snacks I would eat in a week.
