Legs day :smokin
My back is almost feeling ok now after a month off from dead lifts. I squatted light last week so gonna go heavier this week. Propoably stop around 225lb-265lb range

Do you guys with back strains, and such do hyperextensions? I found that when I first hurt my back, that was the exercise that got me back into being able to squat, and deadlift heavy.

iv been doing everything i can on back days to work with it. I roll it out pre and post work out on a foam roller. I was doing light weight good mornings and back extensions and doing planks.

When I strained my back, what helped me the most was foam rolling. The day I could not walk from the pain. I crawled to my rollers and afterwards I was able to walk (for a while) Now that I'm back in the gym and I wear a belt now I do more RDL, hyperextensions, and good mornings.

I foam rolled too, but I don't consider that an exercise. As for wearing a belt for RDLs, I stopped doing that. I'm not sure why, but it hurts my lower back whereas I feel no pain doing the same weight without a belt.

Made from scratch.

Ground Turkey from the fresh market.

How much is ground turkey / beef at fresh market?

Any of you guys have trouble with pieces of bone/ gristle in ground meats? It seems like no matter where I buy it from or what type of meat, I'm constantly biting into something.

Need to find a farm nearby and see if they're any better. I cant afford paying $5 + per lb for ground meat though so that eliminates the organic route. May travel to the other side of town to check out Harris Teeter, heard good things about them.

I've been losing weight, and I can finally see the outlines of the shoulders and back muscles I've been working in for a couple years. all this time they have been chilling under a nice layer of fat :smh: t

Just got done watching Generation Iron. It was pretty good, showed how competitive these guys are. I don't think anyone really likes one another
