:lol: at everyone going in on him. I agree making your food is better. But most restaurants these days have nutritional information posted some where on the menu. If i have no choice i usually replace fries with steamed broccoli and stick to some basic protein. We always go to ruby tuesday's at work since its right across the street and they give a discount to Goddard workers. Salad bar....turkey burger sliders or turkey burger on whole wheat bun is my go to

Appreciate it. I know everyone in the thread packs a lunch 365.


Been eating a philly about at least once a week still. Firehouse makes a good less greasy version on wheat.
 
I had a great leg day yesterday.

Front squats 5x5 (225, 235, 245, 255, 265)
Back Sqauts 5x5 (295, 315, 315, 315, 315)
I was feeling great so I did 1x1 (365 & 375) My goal was 360.

My new back squat goal is 405 and front squat is 315

afterwards I did light hack squats, laying hamstring and seated hamstring curls. Also my ab rountine at the end.

Envious of those squat numbers fam, good work.
 
I've come a long way NT Fit fam.  Can't wait to see what the next year will bring.

Spoke to two doctors this week, they told me to visit a neurologist == ""Apparent Nerve damage.""


Been taking off from the gym since, i feel ****** any way and I don't want to step in one.

I must have lost weight too soon, too much cardio. All I can think of is that and it's gradually gotten worse, recently it's gotten a LOT worse. Stumbling, walking over myself, losing balance

The DOMs from my Wednesday workout (legs) literally kept me up a night to the point I had to foam roll at 2am to fall asleep. :lol:

yah. I hate that ish that's why I don't like doing legs sometimes. Not because of the soreness....its because I can't sleep.
