STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

So shoulder health isn't important to you? That's one of the main reasons people in general get a lift off.

I swear man some of these comments are just plain ignant.
I got to 375 on the bench press, rarely got lift offs and I have never had an issue with my shoulders.

Cinco keep your head up, one of my buddies at the gym has MS and he plays ball twice a week and lifts all the time. He just gets tired sometimes and some of the medicines he takes are hard on him. Praying for you fam.

Love ya bro

Damn, man.. sorry to hear about that.

I know not much will help you right now, but for whatever it's worth know people are thinking about you and hoping for the best.

Damb fam, that's really messed up news, MS is ugly bro and there is no way to sugar coat it, surround yourself with your loved ones and positive people, stay in good spirits, even wen your body is weaken don't let that weaken your heart and mind, mind over matter bro, be happy and move forward...we don't know each other but NT is a brotherhood, stay up bro.

That's rough to hear cinco, but if there's anyone tough enough its you bruh. In your drastic weight loss you did what most won't ever do, showing determination most won't ever possess.

I did chest today too. felt very very good and productive. the pump today was great. I did low carb yesterday, and then reup today, muscles felt so full and bubbly, like superhero ****

I had knee surgery in March. I've been sporadically working out since. My chest /press has gotten terrible. I do a bench press and feel it's so tough. Lol. Other areas have gotten worse but not to that extent.

@Stuntman Mike @BIGBOSS anyone have any info on the water cut? Going to need to cut a little for my meet.
How much you trying to cut man and how long do you have? I was just reading up on it today but Im still a month out and only 6 pounds over.

Oh yeah them white trainers you put on IG might look good on my feet hehe

Late to the summer cutting game, but I'm gonna start eating through/clearing out my fridge & pantry and start replacing it with a dieter's staples. Project Six Pack commence :smokin

Thanks fellers, I appreciate the kind words and positive thoughts, I really do. I'm already waiting on being able to go home and hit the iron first chance I get

Some people might not like that, but I'm away from all that's going on. I have a pool in the backyard, need to escape there as well.

Go and get it fellas :pimp:

Ran the Great Wall half marathon this weekend.
Feels good man. hardest part was the 7 km uphill and going up and down the great wall (also lots of bottle necks along the wall). When the route hit flat, I was in a zone and made up most of my time then.

Might motivate me to do another half marathon. Still can't believe I did it. It didn't seem that bad once I finished probably because the hardest part was at the beginning.

In my opinion, **** it if some people don't like it. New to this thread, but do what you've gotta do to stay in the right mindset and keep on fighting. If hitting the iron is gonna make you feel better mentally and physically, more power to you my man. Best wishes.

Been watching the Crossfit games Central East region the past few days because this girl I know is competing with a team and I caught Froning compete a couple times...hate or love crossfit, dude is a beast.
