I don't know how you guys cut on 2k calories... I'm cutting on 3.1k right now.

I hear some people cut at 26-2700 but not many over 3k

I can gain weight on that, maybe even lower.

Haven't lifted in 2.5 weeks, I feel like poop.

I've been doing a lot of cardio, like playing soccer and basketball.

Idk I just lost interest for a little. I'm gonna lift this weekend.
 
After a two week hiatus after coming back home from school, a youngin finally back at it. My friend from back at school gave me this workout plan I'll be adhering to. This was day one:

Flat Bench 4x8

Incline Bench 4x8

Pullover 4x8

Hammer Press 3x8

Dips 3x failure

Weighted Sit Up 4x failure

Hanging Leg Raise 4x failure

Side Bends 4x failure

I'll admit, I didn't do everything in there for the first time; hell, I was lost trying to do some of them because I never did them before.

 But all in all I think I did alright. Got three months before I head back to school, I'm working out everyday until then.
 
Killed chest last night, threw in some biceps too since I hadn't touch those since Saturday.

Usually I do seated cable chest fly than flat bench press, but because all the benches where taken, I did incline flat, seated cable chest fly, leverage incline chest press than did some other ****. Came back and the flat bench was open, my chest felt GREAT. The weight isn't as heavy as just starting off, I felt my muscles were more relaxed, but I did fatigue out more on my last set.
 
I could NEVER get up to 3000+ cals a day, I struggle at 2.3, which is what I have set in MFP app. I avg about 1.7k - 1.9k :wow:
 
S/O to who ever posted that turkey meatballs. Thats my new goto meal. Soo good. Ground turkey mixed with a little bread cumbs, egg and seasoning baked for like 15 minutes. Never get tired of it.
 
i could polish off 3k before lunch. easy.
eggs, fried rice, spam, bacon, garlic chicken all smothered with sriracha and a stack of french toast with butter and syrup to start off the morning. go back to sleep. wake up and eat a box of pb pop tarts washed down with a cold glass of milk.

true story, you guys need cals, pop tarts really are the way to go. 400 for 2 pastries? yikes. doesnt even curb the hunger.

I've done exactly this besides the spam.

Cutting at 2.4k right now. 1lb a week.

How much do you weigh. Cutting on 3.1k is a lean bulk for me.
585lb on rack pulls x 6

Felt good..

Beta Alanine - 3g

Creatine mono - 5000mg

Caffeine - 400mg



Thoughts?
Or you can just eat carbs and drink water.

What does Pre-Workout do for ya'll??
