Don't eem know how to get the last 48g of protein in today.


Its easy for me to reach the protein, hard for me to do carbs tho. Without going overboard in cal.

What you guys eat for carbs? I eat brown rice and oatmeal/bananas.

I went to the gym again tonight (chest and legs), first time Ive done back to back in months, I usually go every other day. Really trying to step it up, trying to make ALL KINDS OF GAINS. All kinds :smh:

BTW, anybody NOT use my fitness app? Is there something better?

Something like Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and every now and than ill squeeze in a Mon or Tues.
 
Seeing Jackman in the new XMen film makes me want to go hard in the gym later. Probably the best shape I've seen him in out of all the films.

202 lbs now. May 1 I was 208. Goin for ripped world cup physique. Done with the Mass Market....for now at least.

I've been having a debate of whether to slim down or bulk up. I mean, I'm skinny, but I have a lil gut (it's not as bad as it was tho, a lot of people said I lost weight). People are telling me to turn that fat into muscle, but how can I turn fat in my abs to muscle in my arms?

I am a 242, my bw right now is 243.5 in the morning and i usually put on 5lbs water/food during the day.

Canditos challenge sounds intriguing, is it just going for a 3 rep max? If so, i can probably try it next week and hopefully get a video

So you want arm muscle? Lift weights and eat healthy foods with protein

Want to get rid of your gut and get abs?  Lift weights, eat right, cardio.  Drink Water

Nice man, I'm tryin to cut 5 pounds to make the 198s at the moment.

All you have to do for his challenge is video yourself on the scale, then video the weights up close and then the 3rm. No wraps allowed but it looked like you had sleeves on in that vid so your gravy.

The winner is determined by wilks.

Sounds good, i will give it a shot unless my coach says no, i might have to do doubles or singles next week.

How many weeks out till your meet? Glad to see other PLers on here. 5lbs cut should be no prob for you.

Man having a coach must be nice! lol

Im 3 weeks out so it shouldn't be too hard if I just buckle down.

What fed is your meet in and are you raw or classic?
 
I hate when I'm on a cardio machine and suddenly a hot chick gets on the machine in front of mine. Makes me think other people will think I'M the perv for being behind her.
