Most people would agree that dumbbell pressing is better simply because you get a better range of motion. Your chest contracts a little more as opposed to using the bar. I do both but place more emphasis on dumbbells personally.

What fed is your meet in and are you raw or classic?

Its a big help, definitely on improving form and improving weak areas. Hip strength has been my biggest issue and i am working with sumo deads to correct this.

The fed is uspa i believe, raw, it's at a place called Old skool iron in Vacaville, CA.

Join a barbell club in your area, they'll guide you the right way. Worth the extra money. Most are $50-100 monthly, but come with the perks of coaching as well as eliminating the nuisance of commercial gyms.
 
I hate when I'm on a cardio machine and suddenly a hot chick gets on the machine in front of mine. Makes me think other people will think I'M the perv for being behind her.
Same here im usually on the eliptical and watch the tvs that are all the way in the front. But theres a row of stairmasters in front me and theres always some hot chick. Either i look at the numbers on my machine or look at the tv(which looks like im stating right at her ***).
 
I went to the gym again tonight (chest and legs), first time Ive done back to back in months, I usually go every other day. Really trying to step it up, trying to make ALL KINDS OF GAINS. All kinds :smh:

BTW, anybody NOT use my fitness app? Is there something better?

i don't use it ever. it can be helpful for some I suppose, but it's unnecessary for me really. i know the macros of everything i eat, and since i eat the same stuff daily for the most part, based on the meal plan, i already know where my stats are at any point during the day

Can I build a better chest with only dumbbells?

yes, a lot of nice workouts with dumb bells

i havent used them in awhile but i felt like incline and flat bench with DB worked out my chest better than BB benching

Real talk I just copped that walmart special protein just to have in case I ever need it. Taste like **** unless I use real milk with it. But I get enough from foods so Ive never really had to have it my dog .
