School me on the thumb under bench grip.
personally i would never utilize suicide grip. look up stafon johnson bench press.

saw this guy using suicide grip struggle and drop 225 onto his chest at the gym. i ran over and pulled the weight off him and he sat there on his phone for about a half hour before he got up and left. my gf said he was probably texting his mom :smh: :lol:
 
Is anyone in the situation where you have a full time job and school on top? How do you fit gym into that? Been having trouble and im losing my gains :'(

what time is your schooling and job?

id get it in upon wake

i only train on amino acids i dont have pre workout meals

i also believe in training fasted for other reasons

I work from 5am-2:30 pm. Getting home is a half hour drive in good traffic. School is at 4. Usually get home around 7. I  have just enough time to study a bit, cook, do other home errands, socialize with my woman a while, before I go to bed at 9ish, then do it all again at 3:45 the next morning.  Around once or twice a month school and work line up to get a workout in like today. Other than that I only do weekend workouts. Used to do 5 a week for a year straight. Awe man times have changed.
 
Got out of work at 2:30. What a difference a couple hours makes in regards to energy. Grabbed a coffee and did an hour long back workout. About to crush some salmon and rice.
 
Welp, due to me moving and kids outta school, I gotta start workin out at night, 830 ish. Used to workout right after I wake up, 8am ish. Gonna b weird but hopefully I adjust well

Invest in a home setup.
 
Got 225 up again on bench today. I think I did too many sets on the way up. I only got it for 1 rep.

Today was the first time I've done rest-pause reps on flat bench. I like it a lot honestly.
 
Damn son.... 345am -7pm you really have no choice. Sleep is so important.Better start hitting the weekends harddd... If school is 5 days a week it's tough.I would be depressed honestly. But I'd hit the body weight hard. Dips, pull, push etc.
