STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Stop the shoe talk .....smh.
Every 15 pages just go back and find the info

Anyways:
What Vitamins REALLY work for you guys .?
Been taking c+d and bcaa and haven't been really sore in a while...and I was skeptical

Oly shoes are like every other exercise accessory... If you cant do it right without it, you shouldnt use it.

Learn to lift without oly shoes first, then use the benefits of oly shoes once youve mastered the first step
Yeah I feel like Im having this convo with you every month now lol

I agree with your second statement 10000000% *high five*

I learned to squat first barefoot, it took me awhile for it to start feeling "natural". Once I started liking it I switched to chucks for a while. Then once I got serious about it and wanted to PL, I made the change to Romaleos and have never looked back.

Case closed. Normal progression in footwear.

I use I squat, deadlift, bench and everything else in jordan 20's for 3 years.

The struggle lol.

Now feels good to get anything. I'm copping Romaleos soon. Been in chucks for the past 3 months. Major difference.

I'm use to going to the gym from 8-10pm but recently been going at 9-30-11am and Sooooooo many bishes be in there.

For seven months I worked out 5 days straight without fail. The last couple months I've been doing splits of 3, a break, followed by 2 days, never going more than 1 day without working out.

Today might be my second day in a row not working out. I'm not busy. I just, don't feel like it. It's a dangerous feeling.

Should I hit the gym today bros for chest/shoulders?

Feeling under the weather, yesterday I felt worse with a fever (popped Tylenol) and been congested since Monday. Today my body feels alright, still have an itchy throat and been coughin all morning. I dont feel any aches nor do I feel tired, I woudve been at the gym if I didnt google "should I hit the gym if im sick".

Different forums and places saying it will make it worse/last longer if I do my normal intensity workout.

I wanted to sweat it out.

If you don't go you'll keep repeating the process of not going.

Go and push yourself.

If you need the rest, take a week off and go back hard. 7 months straight go ahead.

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  Wasn't that focused on only a select few products?  Once you dip into the realm of anything supp wise, you run that risk for many different reasons (water being a biggie).

Short of growing your own food and eating everything straight from your own greenhouse, you can only go so far into hippie life without any negatives.
It was a big deal man. Folks were talking about Whole Food's stock dropping because of it. I can't find it. Check Natural news's website for more details.

Anybody ever messed with the Strong Lifts 5x5 iphone app? Its pretty dope! It tracks your lifts for you

You won't sweat it out. If you're SICK wait until you recover. If you're not then go. I had the flu for a week and stayed home. It would've been sum for me to hit the gym. Lost 5-10 pounds and looked smaller but got it back in 2 weeks >=]

Which do you guys prefer, Syntha-6 or the ON Gold Standard? Plan on copping one of the two shortly...been long overdue.

Whichever is cheaper. Usually ON. Syntha tastes better though. IMO.
You get slightly more grams of protein for each scoop with ON though.

Can't go wrong with either.

I used to only buy ON Gold Standard but recently started using Syntha-6 and as far as taste goes Syntah-6 is much better. If you're looking for taste try the chocolate peanut butter :pimp:

you arent bothered by the fact that regular syntha 6 uses cheaper protein souces (whey concetrate is the number 1 ingredient)? I am currently using Grendaes Hydra 6 which is a 50/50 blend of Whey Isolate and Micellar Casein which are the two best best forms from my knowledge of whey and casein.

Honestly I did not know that but with that being said protein shakes aren't my main source of protein intake. Just something I take after a workout. I've been eating a lot cleaner these past 2 months or so and have noticed a lot more results than before because of my diet. 5-6 meals a day, lots of chicken, fish, brown rice, veggies...etc

But now that you have brought that up to me I will definitely do more research next time around and see what better options are out there. But for now I will finish this delicious tub of chocolate peanut butter
