STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Re-upped on Syntha 6.

pimp.gif

Can you explain everyone's obsession with Syntha 6 to me? Are people buying this as a protein supplement or meal replacement and or bulk? It's 50% protein by volume and advertised as an "Ultra Premium Lean Muscle Protein", not a meal replacement. To me the fats and carbs are there to make that taste everyone loves.

BSN sucks

never had syntha 6 in my life, look at the profile on that garbage

even their new syntha 6 isolate sucks

then you wonder why you cant cut bodyfat

You guys see that football coach squat 909 raw from that IPF meet?? Ridiculous

My boy Ray Williams!! Dude is a monster. The crazy thing is he trains alone. On his YT page he hits 920 pretty easy with no spotters. Dude is the strongest raw lifter right now that's drug tested.

Based Mod, didn't think my post was relevant when ppl were talking about working out at a playground and I start talking about my patients working out in prison lol.

Syntha 6 tastes great but I'll stick with whey or even my sister's veggie protein

what the hell is detox water?
Hahahaha

Where do you find this stuff man? Videos of dudes working out in jorts and garden gloves
I just enjoy watching folks do "weird" workouts man. I can watch stuff like this all day honestly. Which is why I keep telling yall that I want to go to Tampa and see if they let me into the NXT Performance Center.

But yea man, hit the playground a couple of times per week this summer fellas. It will change your life man.

Lmao funny story.
Chick im messing with said shes detoxing with water and i said how lol she showed me a glass of water with like lemons, strawberries, berries, etc.

I guess thats what he means?
This has to be a new fad, theres about 3 girls at work doing the same thing with lemons and ive never heard/seen this before.

I've seen the lemon water fad before.

The cleanse diet smh. Water, lemons, and chili powder/cayenne pepper

all ive been seeing girls do now is fill water bottles with random fruits and water.

i dont see how it does anything and they cram so much i dont see how they are drinking much water. i thought it was a snack at first and they just ate the fruit

ive only seen one person in my gym do that.

dude was yoked. carried a gallon ofr water w lemon

he was a boxer. would prob clap some crossfit shoulders

Reaszal , I think there's a threshold for everybody when it comes to strength gained versus weight loss.

For me, 150 pounds seems to be the cutoff.

160-165 pounds is my weight when I'm not training as hard or not watching what I eat. From experience, I know if I start eating cleaner and training hard, I can keep increasing the poundage in my lifts until I drop into the low 150s.

Now I hover in the low 150s. I know I have to let myself gain some weight back. I've sorta plateau'd.

I think high 150s at 10 percent body fat is probably the best weight for me.

So to answer your question, aiming to lose 20 pounds and get stronger will probably work as long as the 20 pound loss doesn't bring you lower than your cutoff point.

I think they are talking about that being his/her diet though. I've seen it too, :smh:

Now having cucumber or lemon in your water is nothing new, gives it some taste naturally. Pretty good actually.

I hate drinking water due to it's lack of taste, it's a chore when it comes to intake outside of working out.

What scale do you guys use to measure food? :nerd:

My Power Clean video.

Sorry about the camera angle, just recorded and never checked in between sets so you can't really see the top half of my body.. First couple mins are just warm ups. I feel like when the weight is too small, I'm not doing the movement right... well I'm probably not doing it right at all. The little hunchback cat thing I do is to untighten my quads. From 1:45 on is when it's atleast 95. I think my grip may not be right cause I dont point out my elbows at the end of the lift. At 3:45 I noticed like a sharp pain near my neck so after the set I lowered the weight.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated :D
