You back to heavy training? 

Yup im working my way back up, i just got my shoulder xrayed and checked out by a orthopaedic doc, i have tendonitis in my shoulder which is painful. I am gonna still bench but taking a cautious approach for now until this heals up in the next couple of months.

Hows your training coming along boss?

I hear you bro, Im having a shoulder problem as well. It feels like it might be the bicep tendon, it doesn't really bother me when I bench, just some slight pain with OHP and other like movements.

Other than that training is going good. Just started the higher volume portion of my training and it killed my lower back all week

Also switched from sumo to conventional pulls since I don't feel as natural pulling that way. Hopefully that and doing some deficit stiff legs will blow my DL up. Its slowly becoming one of my favorite lifts.

You will definitely benefit from deficits, it has helped me a ton. If u are a sumo puller, do some block pulls as well, most sumo pullers inplement it heavily from what i can tell.

As for ur bicep tendon, steven maradona from boss barbell had the same issue with ohp, i will ask him what he did to get rid of it, hes always going ultra heavy with them too

Good looks. I just have trouble getting into the proper starting position for it, plus I don't have long arms.

**** yeah, I saw him hit something around 455 on push press the other day. Such a horrible feeling seeing someone put your squat max over their head

I want to try Pre Jym but its still "sold out"...can't front tho cause its still great marketing by them :lol:

Don't underestimate dad strength. You can be bigger and taller than pops, but he'll still handily whoop your ***
 
Went to the Flex Lewis classic yesterday, just kinda walked around a bit, people watched (best part) and caught part of the finals. DLB was smaller in person, still don't know what the hype is with her.

Thanks to help and she wasn't even the most impressive women there muscle size wise.

of course, a woman isnt gonna gain huge amounts of muscle without test

thats the issue, normal girls think they shouldnt workout when they see some of these chicks who take steroids and think oh no, i dont wanna look like that. a girl cant naturally look like that with huge traps, thicks huge abs and ridiculous delts.

nah i know some older guys who are well trained who praise this stuff

im def copping soon as its back in stock, i just never got around to buying because i had plenty of other stuff already but that profile on Pre Jym is legit so all the praise does seem warranted just from that
 
jym got some protein coming out and profile looks :smokin

gonna have to cop

bought some phase 8 to try, SMH took it for a few days and my back broke out :x :x

gotta stop taking it since im gonna hit the beach this week. hope it clears up SMH
