slickdeal had a way toget them from swanson for 16 butyou gotta do some sign up type thing then wait for them to send an email coupon

Real talk...

400

Or when people put their 20 pound dumbbells in your 80 pound dumbbell slot. You have to drop the dumbbells you're holding, pick up the 20s, move it all the way to the other side of the room, walk back, pick up your weights and place them where they should be

Wish I caught that quest bar deal. Was looking into homemade stuff, but the price of the syrup that's the base of it makes it almost the same price as buying the real thing.

Real talk...
whatever i use in the gym, i usually just take the time to re-rack the plates in the correct spots and go grab the plates i'm going to need before i lift to avoid the headache of trying to do so in-between my working sets. i rarely even let it get me irritated anymore.

What are your thoughts on bars? I have always heard that they are essentially candy bars. I see you are a fan of these so it might not be true for these?
Put it this way, if Durden tried it, it cant be all that bad.

The stats everyone has been saying, its a great bar. I did some research and it is on the top 5 on some lists.

20g of protein, 200 or less calories, tons of fiber, 3g of net carbs. After a bit of research, its top tier.

As tired of a response as it is, IIFYM

I love the newer quest bars (CCCD, White Chocolate Raspberry, Banana Nut Muffin, and i'm sure i'll kill CnC once I try it) but loathe all their others, they suck

I love Promax LS bars too, 220-240 cals each depending on flavor. THOSE are more candy bar like

I've had the Gatorade bars too and they taste great, like a bros rice krispie bar, but they're expensive...and 350 calories, so those only get shine once every blue moon

Finally had my first Questbar today... tried cookies n cream and cinnamon roll..... Not bad. Expensive as shiiiii though. I think id rather have a Clif bar.

I dont have an issue with them. Im less of a fan of the "meal replacement" bars that companies like MetRx make, but stuff like powerbar, quest, clif, ohyeah, etc. are fine. Obviously there are better food options, but there are WAYYY more things that are worse so im a fan of them.

Yesterday was my first time having a Questbar. I had the Cookies n Cream, Cinnamon Roll, and White Choc Rasp. I liked em. I wasnt expecting the powerbar consistency, but it tasted good and the ingredient list isnt a novel which is nice.

Finally using this myfitnesspal app consistently and copped a scale

If my net cals are 2000 after I log my food, how do I account for my lifts? I know my net cals really has to be around 1800 or something

I don't use MFP to log my workouts, seeing "-XXXX" calories can give people reasons to **** up, same as not using their calorie "recommendations" and opt for a calculator from IIFYM.com and plug the macros into MFP

Another MFP user :pimp:

It won't account for lifts, its more for weight management.

Apple Pie, Cookies and Cream, Cookie Dough, Cinnamon Roll... I wasn't a fan of the chocolate flavored ones. Strrawberry cheesecake was okay but I think I'd get tired of it.
