out for a couple of weeks.

Had a line drive go straight to my temple. Suffered a concussion,  small fracture in the skull, bleeding in the ear. SMH.

Feels bad, but i'll continue to eat properly for the most part.

One of my homies took 5 cycles PH in a row... pretty sure dude is on TRT right now and had anal bleeding for a while. ****'s real... just don't do it if you're under 24
 
Not to bring up the whole Quest debate again but I just copped 12 singles for $13.77 after tax using the GNC coupon. I originally used it on 3 boxes @ $63 after tax which I thought was decent. Gonna return the boxes and buy 12 at a time & really maximize the value.

Maybe it's just cause I'm cheap but I'm wearing that $10 off $20 out, especially since they mark down close dated products.
 
What's up with all these people trying to give me tips and what not when lifting at the gym now.

I admit I have a babyface and I'm lanky with arms surpassing 6ft but I still look Iike I actually lift compared to a malnourished body of a third world country kid from before.

A couple months back when I was deadlifting only 135 warming up, this choad shaped guy interrupted me and told me to bring the bar up as if I was smashing a girl. I think he also said it like that to try and seem cool since my babyface makes me look like I just came out of my mother's womb. The thing about that is, this guy doesn't eem deadlift and bring the bar up like I'm smashing? U wut m(7+1)?


Then today this huge guy, probably about 250lbs and 50% bf told me I was doing dumbbell shoulder press wrong on my warm up set. He interrupted me too and told me to bring the dumpbells so my elbows touch my lats. Say word? Then he proceeded to tell me I'd make no gains by how I'm currently doing them. :smh:

anything past 90 degrees will put stress on your joints. dont listen to that fool. thats why hes 50% bf haha.

Why didn't anyone tell me about Waldens BBQ and syrups. Honey BBQ sauce and the caramal syrup are the greatest, no more unflavored chicken or beef.

If the person telling you is not bigger/stronger or knows what they're talking about, just tell them thanks....but I didn't ask for your help and then diddy bop and go about your day.
