That happens a lot. I remember I ordered 10 lbs the one time, never received a tracking number, and ended up with 20 lbs in the end. Then the seller refunded me my initial $80 for the first 10 lbs.
 
Regardless of his size, Ngata is one of the best athletes in the NFL. Actually, he's a freak athlete. B-More has certain packages where I've seen him drop back in coverage. The man is 350!

Hey @ekin23   and @****nut123  have either one of y'all or anyone else ever used a slingshot or something similar before? I threw on mine today for the first time and its crazy how much it helps. I hit my max for an easy 5 and this was after all my squats and stuff. I will deff keep using it in my training.
 
that article is on lower ROM deadlifts.
i like using the trap bar but it's such a different exercise IMO. feels way safer on the back though.
