Try a whole extra large 16" pizza in 20 minutes. Did it yesterday.

Worth it. Straight carb city. Killed legs at the gym today.

BCAA's are relatively cheap, so yeah. Benefits outweigh the cost.

30 servings for $24 is cheap?

like i call it, expensive cool aid

unless you know of one much cheap im not with it. does it have it benefits? probably but not at the price really IMO

Why you need to buy extra bcaa?

It's in almost all the whey I ever bought.

Everybody is different. If you think the 5g you get in your shake is plenty for you then by all means stick to eat.

I don't have a normal training regimen, so the way I fuel myself won't be the same. Find what works for you.

Unless you're cutting low, I don't see the benefits of extra bcaa's.

its useful for cutting

if you eat meat, food, and whey you are getting enough

it supposedly helps if you are cutting but like i said its not worth it IMO and yes ive bought it a few times like an idiot. i bought it more as something sweet to drink in the day or before a workout to curb my sweet cravings.

amino pulsing between meals to stimulate muscle growth is a real interesting concept. i might buy some 90 serving tubs of xtend and try it out. if anything, they taste really good and i know my girl be happy to see me NOT drinking soda. i know some say leucine is good enough to stimulate protein synthesis or to pulse with bcaas and casein hydrosalate but my body does not have the kind of physique where it would make a noticeable difference. if anything, i mostly need to ramp back up my intensity while training.

Anybody here squat 2-3 times a week?

Still have my semi broken foot but been sticking to around a 135lb squat max. Feels great, the Adidas Powerlifts have been really helpful. After 2-3 days my legs feel well enough to squat again. Did squats on Wed, gonna go for it again today since im not going heavy anyways.

Need a new split. I've been doing

Back

Chest

Legs

Shoulders Tris

Usually 3x8. I double up on back and chest a lot of weeks so I'll have a total of two chest and two back days. Feel like I'm plateauing and need to dumb it down some. Trying to  Any advice?

3x8 only?

How about more sets. I cant stand doing 3 sets of anything. Unless you mean 3 sets as in working sets not including warm up sets and burnout sets.

I squat twice a week and do some bar squats to loosen up on other days. I think @red80  squats 3 times a week. Some programs have you squat up to 4 times a week with different variations.
