Just finished my upper body workout (beginner)
--Pushups 3 x 10
--Seated cable row 3 x 10
--Standing shoulder press 3 x 10
--Lat pull down3 x 10
--Ab crunch w/feet elevated on bench 3 x 10
--Reverse crunch 3 x 10
--Biceps Curls 3 x 10
Really had trouble with the pushups and the ab crunches, should have added them from the beginning
, will try this out for a month. Wednesday will be lower body. Friday IDK
All you really need are the basic squat racks, dbells ,barbells, leg presses, cable pulldown /seated cable row machines, standing/ seated calf raise machine.
Decline/inclne/straight Bbell chest press, leg extension/ leg curl machine,a 90 degree angle seat(for your shoulder presses , lateral raises etc..), and adjustable seat for chest flies , incline dbell curls, dbell rows, skull crushers etc etc.... And cardio machines.
Though I love Hammer Strength machines because of the isolation to that particular muscle group they provide, while using free weights as their form of resistance, you can definately pack on alot of mass with a basic gym.
Don't stress it. Focus on perfecting all your basic, most important lifts.
