STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

if you get results, it's worth it. i'm in the worst cut attempt of my life. starve until 2pm and then binge until 8pm. not calorie counting - just eating 2 huge meals with snacks. actually gained weight last week

stopped the IF and my workout was better today. wedding in a month. shirt i bought is a tad bit tight. they said it was a slim cut. bout to hit the juice fast thread and eat crow

While you guys are cutting, I'm dirty bulking. Enjoy starving yourselves. I just got back from a Costco run. Spent about $120 on random food items. Also got two slices and a polish for dinner

is it $1.50 for a soda and hot dog on the mainland or is it even cheaper? that pulled pork sandwich is kinda junk - had that last time i ate at costco. went there yesterday and bought organic ground beef, avocados and fish oil.

Same price, Costco is clutch. I actually liked the beef and guacomole bake thing they, they stopped making it though. Chicken bake is still goat.

Stopped yesterday at a local market on a farm. Theyre corned beef and roast beef are awesome. Also picked up fresh ground chicken and thighs they butcher right behind the counter. Got ripe bananas for .25 a lb, bought 3+ lbs- I cut them and froze for shakes. Vegs and greens are fresh as hell. Next time im going to get a jug of the fresh milk they have, expensive, but should taste noticeably different. Overall wasnt even much more expensive than the regular chain store and was able to pick up everything I needed. Much better quality food as well.

Did chest yesterday on international chest day.  Boss called me mid work out to tell me about all this stuff i needed to do and how i was late on an assignment that i had 0 clue was even due.  Needless to say i had a good work out after that.

What are you guys doing on back day?
Speaking strictly for myself i separate back day and deadlift day.  I would say deadlift but if you have that on its own day like i do...then i normally do back and bi's.

Back is single arm dumbbell rows.  Seated cable rows.  Bent over barbell rows, and then seated pull downs for lats.  (close grip and wide grip)

We just finally got a bar holder at my gym so i will be switching in some t-bar work as well.

Covers what I've been doing, plus pull-ups. Wanted to switch it up a little but I guess I'll stay steady with this.

Staples have been covered. For variety you can throw in

Cable pullovers
Reverse bent flys
Trap work
High pull hammer strength or the like- I love doing 10 reps with drop sets of 15
Lower back work
Single arm low row with a pause

When next time we postin selfies in here? Imma be single digit soon. Well I mean lower single digit.
