the original ultimate orange was the best. it was loaded with ephedra
not sure about that new formula because of the prop blend. only way to find out is to take 1-2 scoops and see how much energy and pump you get. there's good stuff in there. hopefully the company sourced good raws and dosed effaciously.

btw this is me 3 weeks into the office weight loss challenge. started out very bloated. not even pushing my belly out. that's all water
gonna cut for a total of 2 months or so and then work on strength as well as mobility.

Lost like 2lbs in a week.

Routine is gym for upper body, body weight in the park for lower body, rest day...repeat.

I don't eem take protein anymore. Just lots of protein in my diet.

Didn't go for 605 because I took 585 way deeper than I meant to. Still, did a few sets of doubles with 495 and I felt like I could have done several more, but I wanted to test my front squat strength. Got 405 which is nice. My previous max was only 425, and a 500 lb front squat has always been a kinda sorta goal for me.

same i always feel like i am leaning forward and gonna throw my back out.

Hit deadlift and front squat PRs so even though I hurt my wrist on Monday, not a bad week.

Big boss, have you ever tried the one finger or two finger grip on your front squats

Lol I had a bad wrist this week and that's what I did to preserve it

My elbows and shoulders aren't mobile enough too hold it properly.

School me on how to hold the bar in the front rack position, placement etc.

I've never done the cross arms version but it seems to work.

Dude I know tore a ligament in his elbow doing snatches. In three weeks, he was doing front squats cross arms style to save his elbow

For me I just do the two or three finger grip. Any more fingers I start to feel the strain on my wrist. And then I just try to keep my elbows up and the torso upright. If I find myself leaning in any way I stop moving up in weight.

Do you guy work out alone or have a buddy? I go alone now cuz most my friends aren't serious about getting in shape. Idk how I can find a gym partner I don't want to start talking to random dudes at the gym and come off like a creep lol. But the times I had a friend with me it was solid sessions, sometimes get a extra push.

Wish I had a solid partner.... They usually come and go.

They'll go with me one time... try to "keep up" in weight despite how much i tell them to stick with very light weighs for day 1... They get way too uncomfortablly sore... say im crazy for gyming "that hard" and dip out on me...

Wash, rinse, repeat :smh:

Everyone that goes w/ me refuses to work up and get conditioned. They always shoot themselves in the foot by trying to bench 225 for reps on day 1

Smh. I have a bro that trains and I can work out with him but he works out personally weird times and isn't local to me, I might start sacrificing and joining him once or twice a week. I think it will be more beneficial to my gut loss I am attempting.

Lol I am thinking about how sore they are after jumping back into the gym like that. I bet they don't even warm up lol Shock the crap out of their body.

If i'm doing it off the rack, i use the two finger grip. If it's in a WOD, i do the cross arms version to save the wrists. Some people at my box like to wear wrist wraps when doing front squats.
