I have no desire to even begin learning how to do those lifts lol I would be held back even more due to poor mobility and flexibility.

Plus I love benching

the original ultimate orange was the best. it was loaded with ephedra
not sure about that new formula because of the prop blend. only way to find out is to take 1-2 scoops and see how much energy and pump you get. there's good stuff in there. hopefully the company sourced good raws and dosed effaciously.

btw this is me 3 weeks into the office weight loss challenge. started out very bloated. not even pushing my belly out. that's all water
gonna cut for a total of 2 months or so and then work on strength as well as mobility.

Meal prepped tonight for the next work week. The chicken breasts came in two packs so I had to improvise with the steaks

Went through old pictures and this was around the tipping point. I think I was like 220 lbs. I ate whenever and whatever in undergrad. Took a picture with Han when I saw him in a random restaurant locally at like 11pm. This was right after Toyko Drift coming out.

Im not as into it as I was with the OG thread due to free time and all but Ive been maintaining my weight at about 160 lbs for the last 4-5 years.

What do yall b drinkin on a daily basis?? I get tired of water after 2-3 months and jus wana binge on sugary goodness. Do people add things to their water or a certain juice? Don't mess wit soda and have a few beers on football Sunday. Rest of the time it's water

Vitamin Water Zero for me too.

Been having a lot of coffee lately. Instead of the usualy milk and sugar, I opt for skim milk and 2 sweet and lows. Around 30 calories I believe, and I actualy like the taste.

Thanks, dudes. It's great to see others who changed their lives for the better too. The most drastic ones that come to mind are Lucky and 562.

@wj4
How much cardio was involved during your process? Any HIIT?
I documented my process several times throughout the first thread when we first started it.

I was always a chubby kid in middle and high school. I was around 180 lbs at 5'10". I ballooned up to 220 lbs in undergrad due to late night studying and bad eating habits. I just wanted to drop to 180 lbs, my initial weight. I started doing Muay Thai, stopped eating fast foods on the regular and cut out alcohol. I dropped down to 180 lbs in several months. I kept going to see how far I can push it. Within a year, I was down to like 140 lbs. People who didn't see me for a while swore I was doing drugs or got surgery to shred the lbs

At that time I was still in school so I was able to watch what I ate. I pretty much ate lean turkey ($20 for a Foreman grill was a great investment!). I only ate out like once a week. I didn't start lifting weight until almost a year later, this is the only thing I would've done differently if I can so I can retain some of the muscles I had. I did Muay Thai 5-6 times a week, and they were really just one big cardio session. I attended the first Muay Thai gym in the states and the cats there were really OG, like I had to talk to them in Thai because they spoke no English. It would be like 5 mins of jump roping, then 40 mins of combo stuff, ie 10 high kicks, mid kicks, knees, etc. and pairing up punches. The last 10 mins or so was for sparring.

I stopped because of injuries and I got a job out of school so I couldn't go to Muay Thai classes as often. I then joined 24 Hr Fitness, which I still go to today. That was when I started talking to the dudes on the OG thread, which were Joe Camel and Al Audi. I started eating to by BMR, and started gaining weight a bit.

I love HIIT, I do that now at the gym for cardio (though it's not really true HIIT since the treadmill does cap out at a certain point).

Dropped close to 50lbs as well this past summer.

Have some pics a few pages back, but diet is 75%. The other 20% was consistency and 5% was working out and cardio.

Not literally 5% but what is a good diet and and working out if you arent consistent?
