STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Yea I already had 2500 calories at that point and I ate a some yogurt right before so I didn't feel hungry. That's my routine every day., that's why I'm a little worried.
That's what I was thinking. If that **** happened while that bar was on top of me. I don't even want to think about it.

I'm gonna take it easy and lighten up the load on my lifts for this week.
Damn

Whats your average calorie intake for the day

First time ever getting called out for resting "too long".......had my my phone set for 30 sec.

Do y'all see "stars" sometimes when you're in the middle of a lift? It happens to me every once in a while (actually happened to me today) and I end up not being able to focus 100% throughout the rest of the lift/exercise

Anyone know the reason for this?

It means you're becoming a man.

Google valsalva maneuver. Having a little food an hour before working out has helped me with light headedness too

Feeling great. Deadlifted 295, new PR. Just adding pounds every workout. :nthat:

Gonna reach my goal of hitting 3 plates for a deadlift before years end. Might try to actually get 3 and a half or 4 plates before end of the year.

If youre going to pass out, the best thing to do is sit or lay down. Ive been there plenty times lol
lay down to get the blood/oxygen to your brain

this reminds me of when someone gets knocked out and people try to sit or stand them up smh...idiots

lol Ive had people talk smack about me taking long rest breaks but they're always weaker than me.... hmmm

I get the black and white dots fuzzy tv look when I do DL's, usualy after or even soemtimes after a set and im bending down to remove/add weights. My friend keeps saying vertigo which I think hes using in the wrong context but I get what he means.

saw the black and white dots once a long time ago when i squatted or maybe deadlifted

just cut out the
smokin.gif
after about 9 years. want to get back to my weight in college of around 175 hopefully less. currently at 235

hardest part i've realized is cutting out sugar...sometimes i crave a coke or cookie/dessert item...but thats what got me here in the first place especially after
smokin.gif

HIIT, push ups, lunges, sqauts will be beginning core workouts to get me back into the routine. I need to form better HABITS
