ELLIPTICAL 25MIN
10 PUSH UPS
150 AB TWISTS
10 PUSH UPS


TREADMILL 20 MIN
10 PUSH UPS
30 BURPEES
A BUTTLOAD OF JUMPING JACKS + MTN CLIMBERS
10 PUSH UPS

STEPPER MACHINE 15 MIN
 
Ate like complete **** this week and I don't eemm care lol. It was worth it man.

Doing my seasonal "Insanity workouts 2x a day plus gym visit, post holiday eating bing" starting tonight.

Pretty intense but yesterday ended my bulking season so time to cut :pimp:

Feelsgoodman. I'm lucky I can eat whatever I want and still look good but I justfeel like **** attitude wise if I eat unhealthy for a long period of time..I.e. 2-3 days

Anyone else have mixes like that for workouts?

then again, I bet in 100 years the technology behind supplements will make that achievable :nerd:

If your willing to train smart and have your nutrition correct for 5+ years, that's achievable.

I dunno man... living in Hawaii I see a huge melting pot of cultures... you can train and diet all you want but genetically you cap out at a certain point... that dude has Thor blood in him
 
I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD ABOUT P90X AND INSANITY.

BUT WHAT EXACTLY DO THESE WORKOUTS CONSIST OF?

IM ONLY USED TO TRADITIONAL WEIGHT TRAINING, CROSSFIT, AND SPORTS

I love insanity. It's a great quick IF type workout that works you like crazy. It's cool
 
Yeah you could. I've been doing it for a year now when I cut. Depending on the type workout you do, you can do the workout before the gym or after. I've been doing the Pylometric cardio circuit one ONLY for months now since it works me more than all of them. Google the one I posted and a vid comes up, watch it and see If it's something you like. I lost 15 pounds doing that solely as my cardio In a month
 
Got a treadmill for christmas. Ran for an hour. Was at an 8 mile pace. Feels good. 
 
did legs and forearms today...hell is an understatement. I'm determined to build my forearms and calves bigger though. going through hell n back to destroy and rebuild.


there's a bad *** snow storm out too, so because of that, the gym wasnt too crowded which was great!
 
Yeah this weather is cockblocking my gym visit smh. I'm in upstate NY and its crazy here with this snow.

The gym was only closed one day, but damn it felt like an eternity! Got in there tonight and straight killed my biceps and shoulders!! :smokin :smokin :smokin

Swapped out 400 old songs on my iPhone for 400 new ones...what a difference a new song makes during your workout!
 
I listens to the entire confessions of fire and come home with me on my Monday work out, it was so great, did chapter 2 world domination today and felt amazing.
