Coudnt go on Christmas Eve and wantsd to go this morning so I could justify Christmas cheat day but gym was closed.

DL and chest tomorrow morning though.

what body part yall focusing in on tomorrow?   I know its about to be crowded as a mf in there with all these new me new year bullcrap

I've been doing a full body routine since April. Tomorrow is:

One Arm DB Row: 6 sets of 3
Machine bench press due to sore shoulder: 8x3
Inverted Rows: 1xfailure
Barbell Squat: 2x3
Plyometric Step-Ups: 10x10

not to trying to be a jerk but what is your goal with this routine? maintenance? i'm guessing. because that doesn't seem like much.
 
probably do a 10 mile ruck/run to burn these Christmas calories then hit the quads and hams or what is left after the ruck lmao.

It's all good, man. No offense taken at all. It's a weird routine, I'll admit; the other two lifting days of my week are similar to the one mentioned as well. To answer your question, though, strength. Essentially , some type of heavy benching movement and heavy squats three times a week. I deadlift on my last day.

My physique, as expected, hasnt changed much but all of my numbers are consistently increasing.

I hate the holidays man

If I eat clean and nitpick over everything that goes in my mouth for a week, I'll lose maybe a pound at most

If I go bananas for a few days, I'll gain 3-4 pounds :x

Had a piece of pumpkin pie today and a brownie yesterday.

A year ago, there's not a chance in hell I would have touched either.
 
Best thing about never celebrating christmas is never need to worry about binging on food

Had a white elephant christmas party at this bar. This bar actually had Blue Moon (which I've never seen here before) (I live in Korea btw)
ended up having about 4 of them, then shots were poured.

my problem is not eating when I drink.
Next day sucked because i was too dehyrdated and hungover to even make myself a decent lunch. and kept falling asleep before I could get up.

good thing I was able to get in all my meals and water today. I feel 100x better. workout didnt suffer today so that's good.
 
NT I'm back!

Been on hiatus focusing on chiropractic school but I'm back and in full force.

Just started stronglifts 5x5 since it fits my schedule of school and work. Also including HIIT in the rest days between 5x5 and some mod intensity after lifting
 
What's the Best place to get a resistance band bruhs?

Going to use it for warming up. Been using a shoelace for the longest time to upgrade
