STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

Age most definitely is a factor, although I have seen some 40 year olds lose 20 pounds and gain a 6 pack

I'm hitting my 30s soon. Pretty sure my personal window is gone for a 6 pack  my skin was never that elastic, even when I was 125 I wasn't seeing it

Is it bad if I take today off to get my life together and then just make up for it tomorrow and go hard?

I usually do 5 days back to back and saturday /Sunday off
I do 5 or 6 days with a recovery day in between. Just depends on how I feel that week.

I should start this

What keeps you guys motivated during the colder seasons? In the spring and summer, everyone's wearing short sleeves and V necks so of course you want to make sure your body is right to have it busting out your shirts. But in winter time, you're going to be bundled up in jackets and sweaters, people can't really tell how Brolic you are under al those layers. What's your motivation to keep you all from slacking off in the winter?

I love wearing sweatshirts to workout in.

95% of the time I lift Im covered ie, hoodie or longsleeve

I can't do sleeves in certain days. Not to show off but more for function

Im sleeved everyday. Shoulders are the only exercises i may have to do a loose short sleeve or tank

I understand the not lifting for external validation, but if I got the body to show off, I'm not hiding it under a hoodie

I'd be doing all my workouts Rich Froning style

I'd be pouring water over my body like cheerleaders at a car wash in a teen movie, slow motion style
