Incline Bench Press 3x5

Flat bench Dumbbell Press 3x7

Flat bench dumbbell fly 3x10

Machine Chest Fly 4x7

Skull crushers 5x7

Tricep Dips 3x5

Tricep Pulldown 3x7
 
I used to be a member of Anytime Fitness and I would HATE when people without keyfobs would get in. They try to tap on the window and point at the door for you to let them in. Like bruh, you putting me in a bad spot. There's cameras everywhere. That's an automatic fine or even termination.
 
Anytime Fitness is a horrible gym. There's one by my house, did a trial. Absolutely no equipment whatsoever...

I didn't even know that there was an Anytime Fitness in my city. It looks like a normal gym to me, based on one of the local Facebook pages. However, I had no knowledge about the key fob system just to get into the gym. The worst gym (for lifting) I've been to is probably the first one I signed up for, the Sportplex Fieldhouse. They had a 200m track with basketball and tennis courts inside of it, a pool in another area and other cool stuff, but their strength and conditioning was lacking. The dumbbells only went up to 80lbs and there were no barbells but tons of cardio and strength machines. Don't even get me started on the restaurant they had - pizza, nachos, burgers etc. Then again, I was much more ignorant about lifting and I was just starting out. I was so happy to see barbells IRL the first time I went to the YMCA, man.

BACK TO THE GYM TODAY FELLAS.

Took a few days off and my back feels great, gonna do a light chest and shoulder day to test it out m.

hit dem 105 dbells for 3 reps feels good man. weighed in at 147 post-dump.

squat at 305. developing them dumping muscles.
 
My cut is was going crazy lately but after scaling back on the carbs during the week I'm finely at 190. I went to red lobster tonight for the endless shrimp and smashed everything for a nice big refeed. Those biscuits are off the chain. Back to less than 50g carbs per day on Sunday through Friday. I got 10 more pounds to drop before November 15. Coming from 250 in January trying to get beach ready.
