STAY/GET BACK IN SHAPE VOL 3.0 -- A New Niketalk = A New Thread

For anyone who's new to exercise, its not a good idea to do the same movements or use the same muscles too frequently until they develop some better tissue quality and have gotten their joints and tendons accustom that that kind of volume and stress.

If someones been working out consistently for a lengthy period of time (over a year), doing the same type of movement multiple times a week (3+) isnt harmful at all.

Anybody on here mess with tech at all to supliment their workouts?

I was having dinner with my brother last night (real type A cat) and he does fitbit, tracks his meals/calories through the app and competes with his friends on the app. Seems legit

Also, anyone have the apple watch? And use it during their workouts?

Thought the other tech

My cut is still going strong I'm sitting at 181. Almost 70 pounds down since January. I leave for my cruise to Jamaica 7 days. I'm going to keep grinding it out with my workouts and diet and then go and enjoy myself on vacation. I may use the gym on the boat a couple of days, so that when I come back to my gym I'm not too sore. Im thinking about going on a lean bulk to 200 then cutting back to 180. I like my size now at 181, I just want to try and gain 10 pounds of lean muscle so when I cut back to 180 I can have a little more definition.

Keep in mind that this was my first time ever cutting.

Looking solid my brotha! Get to 175-170 see how lean you get then lean bulk back up lol

Beast. Good job. What was your diet like. U do anything different
training wise?

My diet is 2000 calories, no more than 80 grams of carbs, minimal fats and at least 140 grams of protein. I'll do a cheat meal on the weekend which I don't go to crazy on. I work out 4 days a week and do 200 burned calories of cardio on 3 of those days (no cardio on leg day).

Very nice bro. Keep it up

Wish I could see that video here at work lol

I honestly can't sleep over 8 even if I had the time to. My body won't let me. 7-8 hours is good enough these days.

Miss the days sometimes when I could sleep 12 comfortably.
